Yoshiro Azuma (東古郎, Azuma Kichiro)[1], often referred to simply as Oyassan (おやっさん, Oyassan) is the foster father of Rin Azuma. He is a human married to Shizuka Azuma and together they run Hou Houran.

As a child, Yoshiro worked at Hou Houran with his father. Frequent visitors of their shop were Makiharu Hiizumi, Jinroku Yotsuya and Usuzumi Iyo. Makiharu brought Shizuka Azuma to stay with them after exorcising her. Yoshiro and Shizuka would eventually marry and take proprietorship of the restaurant.
Hime assigned Rin Azuma to live with them when she arrived in town, where the Yoshiro and Shizuka gladly welcomed Rin into their home.
