Usuzumi Iyo (伊予 薄墨, Iyo Usuzumi) is the Senate representative and the grandfather of Murasaki Iyo.

Etymology[]
- The name Usuzumi means "light ink" (薄墨).
- Usuzumi's surname Iyo means "that one" (伊) (i) and "beforehand, previous, myself, I, preliminary" (予) (yo).
