Izanami no mikoto (イザナミノミコト, Izanami no mikoto), referred to simply as Nami (ナミ, Nami) by her friends, is one of Japan's oldest gods.

Appearance[]

Izanami appears as a slender young woman with long dark hair that is pulled back at the top and tied at the back. She wears a two-piece bikini with an open robe overtop.

Personality[]

History[]

Izanami is one the oldest gods of Japan and the mother of Yūhi Shinatsuhiko. At some point in time, Nami told the other gods to not use the Dragon Pulse to travel.

Plot[]

When Yuhi, Yae and Katsura travel to Izumo, Yuhi uses the Dragon Pulse to Tomoe's inn faster. Nami, currently at the Ise Grand Shrine, uses astral projection to tell them not to use it again. Yuhi refuses causing Nami to cry resulting in rain all across Japan. Yuhi agrees to not use Dragon Pulse to travel again, and Nami grants Yae and Katsura power to remain in their adult forms so they can travel easier. Yuhi later uses the Dragon Pulse to sneak into women's bath while Tomoe, Yae and Katsura are bathing. Yuhi is caught by Nami who begins crying again, unleashing a thunder storm on the area.

Abilities[]

Astral Projection: Nami is capable of using astral projections to communicate with others from a distance.

Weather Control: When Nami cries, it causes rain to occur all across Japan.

Dragon Pulse Connection: Nami has some connection to the Dragon Pulse and feels itches all over her body when it is used by others.
